They have always provided great customer service since the first time I dealt with them. I have dealt with Culligan for over 20 years. It really improves the quality of the water. The reverse osmosis system turns any water into bottled water quality. So you eliminate all of the plastic bottles. I have dealt with the same honest, knowledgeable and friendly people the entire time.

Brett came to troubleshoot our Culligan water softener in the home we purchased approximately 8 months ago. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had our water softener up and running in less than half an hour. He was so friendly and helpful and we definitely will contact Knoxville Culligan for any future needs.

Culligan provided excellent service and continue to be available when I have questions. The water quality has improved in the house. Culligan was almost $4,000 cheaper then another company that provided the same service.Appreciated the estimate was very responsible and we did not have to banter to get the price down to something reasonable.

We have had our water system serviced yearly and replaced once by Knoxville Colligan. They have always done an excellent job. Show up when they say they will, and clean up after themselves. I also choose to go to their office to pick up my extra salt, and they always load my car for me. Great guys!!

We had a whole house water treatment system installed in 2009, and the performance has been outstanding.The water taste is very good and it’s eliminated the significant deposits and discoloring around sink and shower fixtures.The Culligan Team has always been very responsive to questions and routine maintenance needs over the last 9 years!

Mike and Daryl are straight shooters and meticulous with thier professional services. I love my water systems. I have both a water softener and RO system in two locations. My coffee is wonderful. Because we have hard water my skin was drying out. My skin loves the water softener system.

We have had our system for going on two year now. Installation was professional. In addition to whole house system, we had reversed osmosis system installed. It was hooked up to a faucet on our kitchen sink as well as our refrigerator, so ice and cold water from there are perfect. Follow up service/maintenance has also been stellar. Highly recommend.

Installed professionally and works perfect. Water is soft: dishes cleaner and clothes cleaner.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Our installer (who also sold us the unit) was professional and courteous and followed through on every promise. We are very happy with the results. I've always hated our tap water, but am happy not to have to buy bottled water anymore!

I have had occasion to work with Mike at Knoxville Culligan Systems several times this fall. Before he even came to the house he was so helpful on the phone to make sure I didn't have any issues before he arrived. We have Culligan water softener and drinking water system in our home. I can't express how great our water is now. Staff is very polite and very professional.

We have used Culligan's for several years. The staff is professional and courteous. Our driver is unbelievably kind and helpful in loading and unloading the water jugs. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. I am very impressed with the quality of the water (and we are particular!) and the quality of the staff.

This water makes city water taste like pool water. Its worth the money especially for making coffee. I couldn't figure out why the coffee at work tasted so bad until we got Culligan.
